According to the Cultural Heritage Agency, the manuscript dates from the month of Rajab AH1027. This corresponds to June-July 1618.

It is unknown who wrote the manuscript, by whom and where it was rewritten. A copy of this unique manuscript found in Dushanbe is planned to be brought to Uzbekistan to conduct an in-depth study together with the country’s well-known historians and source specialists.
