On November 26, as part of the participation of Uzbekistan delegation in the Expo 2020 Dubai, an agreement was signed between the Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Tretyakov Gallery.

The Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Tretyakov Gallery signed an agreement on the study of the collections of the State Museum of Arts named after I.V. Savitsky, the goal of which is to establish partnership and develop long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties.

The agreement will create conditions for the expansion of international and interstate cultural relations of the Fund for the Development of Cooperation with International Cultural Organizations and Charitable Foundations in culture and art.
