AMMC: $285.8 million worth of products exported in seven months
In the first seven months of the current year, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex fulfilled all production forecasts and exceeded its established export target.
Specifically, in January-July 2025, the export plan was achieved at 102.7 percent. The total export value amounted to $285.8 million.
Foreign consumers received 25,277 tons of copper ore and 14,302 tons of zinc ore. Rhenium, cadmium, copper sulfate, and lead concentrate were also exported.
The geography of AMMC’s exports is expanding every year. At present, the plant’s products are supplied to 19 countries worldwide. In 2024, several new sales markets were developed. In particular, copper rod and copper sulfate were shipped to such countries as Guinea, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, and Portugal.
