Mingbulak District Hokimiyat of Namangan region hosted an event on “Amendments and additions to the Constitution are the calls of the times”.

Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Shokhista Turgunova noted that the priority of human dignity is the main idea of constitutional reforms, and the ultimate goal of the reforms is to ensure the principle of “person – society – state”.

The participants noted the need for active participation of citizens of all spheres and sectors, as well as, the general public in the process of introducing amendments and additions to the Basic Law based on the requirements of the time.
