On February 9, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kang Jae Kwon in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister noted the personal contribution of the Ambassador to the strengthening of friendship and special strategic partnership.

The progress of the implementation of previously reached agreements, the schedule of the upcoming events and a plan to intensify interaction in areas of mutual interest were discussed during the conversation.

The Ambassador expressed gratitude to the Uzbek side for the support and favorable conditions created for the implementation of his activities in Uzbekistan.
