As is known, the 3rd Asian Youth Games will be held in Bahrain from October 22 to 31 this year.

According to the program, young talents from across the continent will compete for victory in 24 sports. Sports delegations from 45 countries have submitted applications to participate in the multi-sport tournament.

The Organizing Committee of the Games announced that athletes aged 14 to 18 will take part in the competitions. In particular, the age categories are as follows: athletics and taekwondo WT – 15-16 years, volleyball, table tennis, and basketball – 14-16 years, judo – 16 years; and wrestling – 15-17 years.
