Deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis are visiting constituencies in the regions from which they were elected, talking with the population, and studying the opinions of citizens.

People’s representatives are paying special attention to explaining to the population the essence of the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

In particular, Maksud Kurbanbayev, a deputy of the lower house of Parliament, visited Khorezm region and explained the content of the draft law at meetings with voters.

The Constitutional Commission is systematically working to receive the opinions and proposals of the population, while the role of our people in the effectiveness of constitutional reforms is of decisive importance. M. Kurbanbayev called on the population to take a more active part in this political process.
