It was noted that for this it is planned to attract investments in the amount of 2 billion USD until 2022.

In the 40s of the last century, the Russian scientist A.Vanyukov developed the process of processing raw materials by the method of pyrometallurgy and production of liquid and gaseous products. In the future, this method was called by the name of the scientist. This technology was used not only in processing copper, but also lead, steel, as well as in disposal of household waste. According to experts, the Vanyukov’s method has not lost its significance and will be used in the future for development of metallurgy.

At the international scientific-practical conference, the current state and prospects for development of the Vanyukov’s method, further improvement of the copper-smelting plant of Almalyk MMC, taking into account world experience and the current state of production, were discussed.
