The capital hosted Tashkent Chess 2024.

A chess player from India Adhiban Baskaran, who scored 7.5 points out of a possible nine (Masters group), was awarded a Cup and a cash prize of 100 million UZS.

Timur Gareyev took second place and received 50 million UZS, and Azamat Utegaliev took third place and received 25 million UZS.

Shavkatjon Abdukholikov became the leader of the Challengers group with 7.5 points out of a possible nine. Biloliddin Obidov and Sherzod Samandarov took second and third place, respectively.

Islombek Khusanov became first in the Age Group with 7.5 points.

The winners were awarded with cash prizes.
