The Public Fund for Support and Development of National Mass Media pays special attention to the issue of ecology and the development of environmental journalism. Currently, the foundation actively contributes to the organization of environmental campaigns.

Representatives of the Fund, together with the initiative group “Breathe Tashkent” and the non-governmental non-profit organization “Ekolog.uz”, planted more than 100 seedlings of trees and shrubs in the Park named after Abdulla Qodiriy. In particular, seedlings of oak, chestnut, maple, and other trees were planted, which play an essential role in purifying urban air and improving the environment.

This event is part of a large-scale landscaping campaign that will continue on March 17, 24 and 31 this year. Everyone can take part in this good initiative.
