“The most active young specialist of the year” contest being held by the Uzbekistan Trade Unions Federation in cooperation with its partner organizations makes it possible to identify highly qualified resourceful specialists. These days, the branch stages of this three-phase and 14-nomination contest are in progress.

These days, the branch stages of this three-phase and 14-nomination contest are in progress.At the educational centre of the Trade Unions Federation, the republican stage of the nomination “The most active young medical worker of the year” has been conducted. Young specialists working at medical establishments who had won in the lower stages of the contest participated in it.
At the event, it was said that under the leadership of the country’s President Islam Karimov, good conditions had been created for young people to learn modern professions and to become prominent specialists.
Nearly a thousand young specialist working at medical establishments participated in the initial stage of the contest’s “The most active young medical worker of the year” nomination. In the professional contest of doctors under the age of 35, participants displayed their knowledge and potential as well as new innovative ideas and work methods in the medical sphere.
During the contest, special attention was drawn to the importance and necessity of ideas and projects presented, young specialists’ devotion to their profession and research work as well as their active civil position and morality.
In the contest’s “The most active young medical worker of the year” nomination, Sherzod Roziyev, a senior scientific researcher of the Tashkent paediatrics medical institute’s forensics and pathoanatomy, sectional course department, was declared the winner.
“I am conducting research into the use of the dermatoglyphic method to diagnose diabetes,” says Sh.Roziyev.
Aziza Atoyeva, a surgeon of Bukhara Region’s multi-function medical centre, achieved second place, and Sadoqatkhon Shokirova, an assistant of the Andijon state medical institute’s obstetrics and gynecology department, took third place. Prize winners were also identified in many other areas. The winners and runners-up were given diplomas and memorable gifts.
