The third meeting of the heads of departments responsible for developing the human resources of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held.

The First Deputy Director of the Public Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, A. Musayev, attended the event.

At the meeting, chaired by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, a presentation of the human resource management work implemented in the member states of the OTS in 2023-2024 took place.

The international community was familiarized with the achievements in developing public civil services in Uzbekistan.

At the presentation, it was noted that a system of open competition for admission to the civil service had been introduced to ensure meritocracy and openness, and special attention was paid to the issue of digitalization of human resource management.

Bilateral meetings took place as part of the meeting. Together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, an action plan for 2024-2025 has been outlined.

At a meeting with the President of the Presidential Human Resources Office of the Republic of Türkiye Salim Atay, an agreement was reached to accelerate the implementation of the activities defined in the Action Plan of the 7th meeting of the Uzbekistan – Türkiye Intergovernmental Commission.
