The Uzbekistan national team won 4 gold, 4 silver, and 2 bronze medals at the Asian Rowing Championships in Vietnam.

According to the championship’s results, which were attended by 232 athletes from 18 countries of the Asian continent in 20 disciplines, Uzbekistan’s athletes took second place in the team events.

The Vietnamese national team took first place with 6 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals. India rounded out the top three with 3 gold, 5 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

Uzbekistan’s sports delegation, defending the country’s honor at the continental championship, was solemnly welcomed at Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov.
