On February 20, 2018, a delegation of the Republic of India led by the State Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh Mandaviya arrived in Tashkent. 

The program of the visit includes meetings and negotiations in the Government of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health, the Agency for Development of Pharmaceutical Industry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Indian delegation will also take part in a joint business forum of representatives of business circles of the pharmaceutical sphere of the two countries, as well as visit a number of regions of Uzbekistan.
