Press Center of the Central Election Commission hosted a briefing with the participation of the CEC Deputy Chairman. Information was provided about the voting process in the referendum.

As noted, voting takes place at 10,758 referendum precincts, and the process continues. In all regions, citizens are actively participating in this political process. The referendum is covered live on the TV channels “O’zbekiston 24” and “UzReport TV”, as well as on the Internet.

As noted at the briefing, 6,820,838 people, or 35.13 percent of the total number of voters, voted by 11:00 AM.

The voting process is observed by local and international observers, media representatives. More than 43,000 local observers are monitoring the process.
