14:32 / 2024-03-15

Abdulaziz Suyarov, a graduate student at the British University of Leeds, is participating in the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Program.

The UNRCCA has developed a nine-month training program consisting of 26 lessons to unite the region’s youth, maintain close contact with the international community, and enhance the culture of preventive diplomacy.

Young people who are political leaders, have their own opinions and visions, and study international relations, politics, and diplomacy can participate in the program after passing a two-stage selection process by a special commission.

The program is closely linked to the goals and objectives of the United Nations and is aimed at developing preventive diplomacy in Central Asia. During the program, young people can participate in other youth projects organized by the United Nations. In December, successful graduates will be awarded certificates.

Abdulaziz Suyarov was selected from 429 participants. Eight young people under 30 from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan are also participating in this program.
