On January 12, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic Ibrahim Dzhunusov in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Welcoming the Ambassador, the Minister highly appreciated his contribution to the expansion and strengthening of relations between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

A significant intensification of the political dialogue, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and interregional ties was noted. The progress of the implementation of previously reached agreements and the schedule of the upcoming events at various levels were considered.

The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan expressed sincere gratitude to the Uzbek side for the favorable conditions created for the successful fulfillment of his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.
