On May 18, 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Kamilov, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates, Suhail Al Mazroui, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of cooperation with an emphasis on enhancing trade-economic, investment and tourism ties.

The implementation of the agreements reached at the summit and high-level meetings, as well as the schedule of the upcoming events, was considered.

Views were exchanged on certain aspects of cooperation between the parties through the UN, the OIC and other international organizations.
