Transfermarkt, which covers the world’s most significant football transfers, has published a ranking of the most expensive players from CIS countries competing in the Turkish Super League.

In this list, Trabzonspor’s Arseniy Batagov, with a transfer value of 9 million euros, became the most expensive CIS player. Alexander Zubkov, his teammate and compatriot, finished second, and Abbosbek Fayzullayev, a player for the Uzbekistan national team, took third (worth 7 million euros).

Eldor Shomurodov ranks fifth (5 million euros), and Husniddin Aliqulov ranks eighth (1.5 million euros).
