Uzbekistan delegation led by the Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekipaksanoat Association, Olimjon Jumayev, visited the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan and met with the Minister Sherali Kabir and Deputy Minister Farkhod Bilolzoda.

The parties discussed the development of sericulture in Tajikistan based on the experience of Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, a Working Group was established consisting of officials of the two countries. The task was defined to prepare an expert opinion with a deep analysis of the sericulture industry in Tajikistan.
