Rishtan pottery in Fergana is known far beyond the borders of the country. An unusual design, colorfulness, and richness of patterns distinguish Rishtan potters’ products. This centuries-old tradition is actively developing thanks to the entrepreneurs’ initiatives. Islamjon Orifjanov built a tourist complex and a pottery center “Chinor Plus 2020”, which contributed to the continuation of the traditions of Rishtan ceramics.

The project cost of the complex, located on the territory of the “Oq Yer” mahalla citizen’s assembly, amounted to 37 billion UZS.

The tourist complex has a hotel, summer and winter pools, and other service centers, but the pottery center with Rishtan artisans’ products mainly attracts tourists.
