This is provided for by the Presidential Decree “On measures to raise the cinema art and film industry to a qualitatively new level and further improve the system of state support for the industry” of April 7, 2021.

The Commission will control the process of allocating land plots on a competitive basis to film companies investing in the construction of cinemas, pavilions with modern infrastructure, as well as their intended use of the allocated plots during the lease term.
