The presentation of Uzbekistan’s investment, trade, and tourism potential took place during the working visit of the delegation of the Uzbekistan Embassy to Hokkaido Prefecture.

Representatives of leading business circles and tourism companies operating in Hokkaido Prefecture attended the event.

Ambassador of Uzbekistan Mukhsinkhoja Abdurakhmanov told participants about the high potential of Uzbekistan in investment, trade, and tourism.

In addition, detailed information was given on the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in recent years under the leadership of the Head of state to develop the country’s economy and attract foreign and local investment.

Participants also got acquainted with information about historical monuments located in the cities of Uzbekistan, such as Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, and Shakhrisabz, which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
