A photographer from Uzbekistan Anvar Ilyasov was awarded a silver medal at the international competition among photojournalists who carried out activities at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.

The competition, organized by the International Association of Art Photographers and Gilavar Photo Club of Azerbaijan, was attended by experienced photographers from many countries around the world.

By the decision of the jury, the work of photographer Anvar Ilyasov from Uzbekistan entitled “Conquer Paris” was awarded a silver medal.

An experienced photographer, Anvar Ilyasov, as part of the sports delegation of Uzbekistan, took part in 7 Summer Olympics and 6 Summer Asian Games and captured for history the bright and memorable moments of Uzbekistan’s athlete’s victories, as well as exciting episodes of intense competitions.

Prior to that, Anvar Ilyasov was awarded gold and bronze medals at the Energy of Victory competition in Moscow in 2015 and 2018.
