The need was noted for establishment of a majestic monument to Abdulla Kadiri in the center of the park, giving it its unique appearance and reflecting the era in which the writer lived.
Instructions were given on improvement of Chorsu market and Gulbazar makhalla, development of tourism in these historic areas.
