A continuous system for the development of the abilities and potential of young people will be created. Next year, 10 Presidential schools, 197 specialized schools in chemistry, biology, mathematics, and information technology will start operating in the country.

A new modern university will be opened in the city of Tashkent to create conditions for the development of high technologies, training national personnel.
