A nationwide charity hashar has been organized in all districts and cities, working collectives, and mahallas of Andijan region under the motto “A well-maintained and prosperous mahalla is the decoration of the country”.

Young people and representatives of the older generation are actively engaged in cleaning, landscaping, and greening territories.

As part of the initiative “My gift to the Mahalla – 10 seedlings”, seedlings of fruit and ornamental trees are planted in the empty territories of mahallas, along the sides of streets, in irrigation ditches, and the courtyards of the population.
