The Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Digital Technologies, together with UNICEF and the World Bank, held a consultative workshop on “National Artificial Intelligence (AI) system in education: enhancing readiness for AI integration”.

Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education Azizbek Turdiyev took part in the seminar and spoke about the ongoing efforts to introduce artificial intelligence into the education sector.

Lectures were also organized as part of the event, including “Prospects and transformation of artificial intelligence application in education”, “Challenges and solutions in implementing innovative technologies in modern education”, and “Future tasks and strengthening international cooperation in this field”.

During the training, opinions were heard from representatives of government bodies, the private sector, and international partners, and all proposals were summarized.

Following the event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, and the UNICEF office in Uzbekistan.
