As part of the state visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, the First Ladies of the two countries, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and Aigul Zhaparova, met at the Kuksaroy Residence.

The spouses of the heads of state exchanged views on strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between fraternal peoples and further developing cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

The first ladies also visited a specialized preschool education organization with a rehabilitation center, “Imkon”, in Qibray district. Here, children with special educational needs receive rehabilitation services. The first institution within the project opened in 2019 in Nukus, then in Karshi and Zarafshan, and it is planned to open throughout the country in the future.

Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and Aigul Zhaparova highly appreciated the conditions created for children and wished them success in implementing this noble idea.
