As part of the Uzbekistan – Italy Summit held yesterday in Tashkent, the spouse of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziroat Mirziyoyeva met with the daughter of the President of the Italian Republic, the First Lady of the country, Laura Mattarella.

In a friendly and sincere conversation, the first ladies exchanged views on further strengthening friendship and mutual understanding and developing cultural and humanitarian ties between the peoples of the two countries.

The distinguished guest got acquainted with the exhibition of samples of folk applied art. The traditions and customs of Uzbekistan were presented.
