Considering cold-weather conditions, the construction of a meeting zone was completed in the arrivals area of Tashkent International Airport to welcome passengers.

According to Uzbekistan Airports, a separate pavilion with a total area of 500 square meters is located in parking lot P2 in the International Airport’s arrivals area. The area includes seating places, and soon, a cafe and a flower shop will open, vending machines, ATMs, and charging stations for mobile devices will be installed.

It is worth noting that the pavilion is a temporary solution. Currently, the development of a project to expand the existing terminal is at the final stage, where conditions will be provided for meeting and seeing off passengers.
