The Supreme Judicial Council has published a practical guide for journalists and bloggers “Legal foundations and features of covering the activities of the courts”.

It includes legal documents regulating the legal framework for ensuring openness and transparency of judicial activities, coverage of trials, as well as the rights and obligations of media workers and bloggers.

The manual was published based on the suggestions and wishes of the participants of a two-week training session recently held for media representatives, bloggers, press secretaries of regional courts in cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council and the Agency of Information and Mass Communications (AIMC).
