On the initiative of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the manual “Application of the Norms of International Law by the Courts” was prepared and published.

The manual can be used not only in solving issues related to the application of international law in the conduct of court cases, but also as a methodological guide to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and legal entities both within the country and abroad.

In addition to judges and court officials, the manual is also designed for candidates for the positions of judges, lawyers, law enforcement officers, legal scholars, book lovers, and those interested in this sphere.
