In the consistent continuation and increase in the effectiveness of the large-scale reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, it is important to further strengthen the Constitution of the country, which is the legal basis for legislation and the development of society.
To improve the level of work in this direction, the deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Odinakhon Otakhonova conducts dialogues and meetings with citizens on the formation and informing about the proposals in the regions as part of the working group of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
“During our meetings in Shakhrikhan district, citizens were informed about the content and significance of the work related to the implementation of constitutional reforms in the country”, said a member of the working group, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis O. Otakhonova. – Representatives of the population took an active part in the dialogue, which took place in an open atmosphere. During the talks, many proposals, opinions and comments of citizens on science, education, culture, healthcare, tourism, agriculture, ecology, protection of private property, justice and others were put forward. The conversations with voters in Dulan, Yangi and Besh mahallas of the district were informative and fruitful.
Deputy of the lower house of parliament O. Otakhonova and other members of the working group took part in the festive event organized by the district administration and the Department of Preschool Education on the occasion of June 1 – International Children’s Day.
