Everyone is summing up the year and making plans.
During my career, I have once again become convinced that family happiness, all problems, worries, joys, and achievements in the family depend on the mood, state of mind, and knowledge of the woman.
The decree of the Head of our state “On additional measures to improve the activities of the Committee on Family and Women” of December 21, 2023, pleased industry workers. This further proves that women are given significant attention in the country.
The decree will create specialized family judges to deal with family disputes. Previously, this process was considered in a civil court and was multi-stage. Now, a corps of judges specializing in family disputes will be formed in interdistrict civil courts. From February 1, as an experiment, “family judges” will be introduced in the civil court of Samarkand, Namangan, and Mirzo Ulugbek interdistrict civil courts by specializing two judges of these courts to consider family conflicts.
Much depends on judges’ experience, impartiality, and fairness when considering complex family disputes and property conflicts. Organizing the activities of judges in family matters, firstly, means a severe approach to making decisions, and secondly, the formation of experienced and qualified judges specializing in family matters, which will help reduce the number of family divorces.
No family finds itself on the verge of divorce immediately, without any reason. Observations show that conflicts brew when the family’s economic base is weak.
From February 1, vocational training courses in educational organizations are planned to be organized with the involvement of experienced home-based workers and artisans to provide methodological assistance and full support to women starting work in the direction of home-based work and handicrafts. Funding will come from the State Trust Fund for Family and Women Support. As a result, families will have female entrepreneurs who will actively run businesses and improve their skills.
We are all well aware that such noble goals are embodied in the trust placed by the respected President in the family and women’s system. Everyone must justify this trust and the opportunities created!
