A Chinese company to build a solar photoelectric power plant in Chust district
Hokim of Namangan region Shavkat Abdurazzakov received a delegation of Chinese businessmen.
At the meeting, it was noted that the number of projects Chinese companies introduced into the economic sector is increasing in Uzbekistan. The guests were informed in detail about the existing opportunities in the region and the benefits created for foreign investors.
Representatives of Znshine Solar Co. Ltd. announced their desire to build a solar photoelectric power plant in Chust district, which will generate 2,000 MW/h of electricity.
To this end, the proposed land plots for this project, as well as the possibility of connecting to the nearest distribution substations, were studied by investors.
The project will be implemented in three phases with a Chinese investment of $1 billion.
