The Uzbekistan youth team, which successfully performed at the Asian Judo Championship in Mungyeong, Republic of Korea, returned to the country.

At Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov, officials of the Uzbekistan Judo Federation, representatives of the general public and sports journalists solemnly greeted the athletes who worthily defended the honor of the country and took first place in the overall team standings.

At the championship, the Uzbekistan team took 1st place among 17 countries, winning 7 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze, a total of 13 medals.
