Assouline Publishing (United States) has released the latest version of the book “Uzbekistan Living Treasures: Celebration of Craftsmanship”. The cover and packaging are hand-embroidered by Suzani master Madina Kasymbayeva.

The book is dedicated to Uzbekistan’s decorative and applied arts and modern artisans. It reveals the art of talented artisans through hundreds of luxurious illustrations and comments on the presented products. Among them are embroidery, carpets, ceramics, metal and wood carvings, musical instruments, calligraphy and miniatures.

The publication of “Uzbekistan Living Treasures” was implemented by the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan.
