928 polling stations to be organized in Andijan

The first meeting of the 2nd Andijan District Commission for holding a referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held.

Members of the Election Commission were presented with membership certificates provided by the Central Election Commission.

Chairman of the District Commission K. Komilov dwelled on the process of holding a referendum and the plans. Suggestions and opinions were made on the effective organization of this work.

It was noted that the District Commission will conduct its activities based on the principles of legality, transparency and fairness.

A resolution was adopted by the District Commission for holding a referendum on the organization of 928 polling stations in the region. The work plan of the commission for the preparation and holding of the referendum was approved. The tasks of the commission members were defined.
