In January-June 2024, 9 thousand British citizens entered Uzbekistan for tourism purposes, the Statistics Agency reports.

Compared to last year’s corresponding period, their number increased by 2.3 thousand people or 34.5 %.

The number of British citizens who entered Uzbekistan in January-June 2024 for travel purposes:

Leisure and recreation – 7,370 people;

Visiting relatives – 862 people;

Office – 679 people;

Commercial – 32 people;

Study – 31 people;

Treatment – 2 people.
