A meeting of the 4th Jizzakh District Commission for holding a referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place.

It was attended by the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, secretary and members of the commission, media representatives.

The issue of creating polling stations for holding a referendum was considered at the meeting. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the district commission forms polling stations for holding a referendum on the proposal of the hokims of districts and cities. The heads of the organizational and personnel groups of hokims of Jizzakh and 12 districts presented their polling stations.

Following the event, a corresponding decision was made to create 522 polling stations for holding a referendum in Jizzakh and 12 districts.
