Tashkent hosted a conference on attracting people with disabilities in Paralympic sports, social support for athletes and integration into society within the framework of the Sport for All project.

According to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Tourism and Sports A. Abdukhakimov took part in the conference. He provided information about the vouchers won by the athletes of Uzbekistan to the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo.

“Our athletes won 73 licenses, and the Paralympians – 43", says Mr. A. Abdukhakimov. – According to the Chairman of the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan Mukhtorkhon Tashkhodjayev, the selection for the Paralympic Games continues, so there may be more vouchers won.
