Competitions in shooting, athletics, and futsal, included in the program of the 2nd Games of the Commonwealth of Independent States, are held in Uruchcha, one of the districts of Minsk.
According to the Regulations on holding competitions, in futsal competitions with the participation of athletes under 19 years of age, teams meet in a round-robin system, where five registered teams play in turn. On the second day, 2 games took place: on the first day, representatives of Kyrgyzstan defeated Azerbaijani athletes with a score of 5:2 and won 3 points in the standings. The day before, they lost to the Russians with a score of 0:3.

In the second game, the futsal players of Uzbekistan met with Russian athletes. It is gratifying that our excellent team was able to stop the victorious march of the Russian team, which is considered one of the strongest in the world. In a highly sharp and uncompromising struggle, the forces turned out to be equal – 3:3. Our young football masters, who demonstrated the will to win, managed to level the score just 17 seconds before the final whistle. Belarusian sportsmen responded yesterday to 1 goal of the Azerbaijani team with 7 goals.
