At the meeting of the 8th Syrdarya District Election Commission, chaired by S. Sattarov, issues of preparation for the snap presidential elections in Uzbekistan, which will be held on July 9 this year, and the tasks of the commission members were discussed.

At the meeting, based on the submissions of local hokimiyats and military units, 288 polling stations were formed in the district. At the same time, special attention was paid to the creation of amenities for voters. Site lists were published in the local media.

At the meeting, the work plan of the district election commission was approved, tasks were distributed among the commission’s members, and certificates were handed to them. In addition, the issue of creating a press center at the district commission was considered.
