It is planned to build 23 nine-storey houses here with a total of 900 apartments. The houses that are being built on Turkish technologies, scheduled to be commissioned next year.

Currently, a foundation has been laid with a high level of seismic resistance. All amenities are provided for persons with disabilities. Each apartment will have a customizable heating and air conditioning system.

The Head of the state noted that houses should be strong and of high quality, the area should be one of the most exemplary in the capital.

As reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presentation of projects on development of utility networks in Tashkent, the overhaul of canals and improvement of the adjacent territories was also held here.

The President gave instructions on turning the canals and their surroundings into comfortable and safe places where people could relax and swim.
