The 2024 World Abilitysport Youth Games has kicked off in Thailand.

Para-athletes will compete for the victory in 4 sports.

Bocce championships will take place on the first day of the games, which are an essential stage in preparation for the LA28 Paralympic Games.

More than 20 para-athletes will defend Uzbekistan’s honor in para-athletics and para-powerlifting. 138 Para athletes will participate in these championships, and representatives of 40 countries will participate in Para powerlifting championships.

The games will continue until December 6.
