Within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States, at the suggestion of the President of Uzbekistan, 2023 has been declared the Year of the Rise of Turkic Civilization.

“I express my special gratitude to Mr. Baghdad Amreyev, who is completing his service as the Secretary General of the Organization. I wish you success and good luck in your future endeavors. I also warmly congratulate the newly appointed Secretary General, Mr. Kubanychbek Omuraliev. I wish you great success in your responsible work”, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
