14.5 thousand applications were reviewed and 10 790 of them were rejected. Positive conclusions were issued on 3,679 applications. Permits have already been issued on 4,564 applications. Currently, 600 applications are being considered.
Applications from citizens who do not belong to the category of persons entitled to receive a sticker, as well as incomplete provision of necessary documents may serve as a basis for refusing to issue stickers.
