The Uzbekistan delegation has won 4 gold, 13 silver, and 24 bronze medals at the 3rd CIS Games in Azerbaijan.
On the following day of the karate championships, Gulshan Alimardonova became a gold medalist in the women’s 50 kg weight category, and Samandar Urazaliyev became a silver medalist in the men’s individual kata. Marvarid Zuvaydulloyeva successfully performed in sword fencing and was awarded a bronze medal.

In wrestling, Muhammad Rahimjonov (freestyle wrestling, 45 kg), Asadbek Erkinjonov (freestyle wrestling, 92 kg), Nazokat Urinova (women’s wrestling, 46 kg), and Jasmina Pirmamatova (women’s wrestling, 40 kg) won the silver medals. At the same time, Shokhrukh Yakubov (freestyle wrestling, 51 kg) and Khudoberdi Turgunov (freestyle wrestling, 51 kg) won the bronze medals.
A total of 11 athletes from Uzbekistan reached the boxing finals:

-54 kg – Bekhruz Rokhataliyev;
-57 kg – Bobomurod Boymirzayev;
-60 kg – Otabek Nurmuhammadov;
-63 kg – Dilshod Ahmadjonov;
-66 kg – Kamronbek Khamdamov;
-70 kg – Oybekjon Abdurakhimov;
-75 kg – Khurshidbek Jurayev;
+80 kg - Farkhodjon Bahodirov.
At the 3rd CIS Games, Uzbekistan’s athletes will fight in boxing, polo, karate, wrestling, fencing, and volleyball.
