“1001 dishes!”
Guests can enjoy delicious national dishes at the International Gastronomic Festival in Samarkand.
“We have been traveling in Uzbekistan for a week”, says a tourist from France, François Morisset. “We visited Khorezm and Bukhara, getting acquainted with the sights in Samarkand. We are glad to visit the festival. Surkhan tandoor meat, Bukhara kebab, various types of pilaf are only a small part of the dishes that amaze even the most demanding gourmets. Most of all I like Uzbek pilaf. It is impossible to forget its spicy aroma and unique taste”.
Visitors also can taste delicious and juicy fruits at the festival.
